Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RealStatView, operated by Growth Accelerator LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
RealStatView is an analytics-only real estate data platform for analyzing agents, offices, companies, MLS provenance, production, saved searches, watchlists, and exports. RealStatView is not a messaging, campaign, dialer, or CRM workflow system.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, ensuring authorized use by your users, and confirming that data submitted to or exported from RealStatView may be used under applicable customer, MLS, vendor, and legal requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use RealStatView to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass MLS or customer authorization boundaries, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or resell the service without written permission.
5. Data And MLS Rights
MLS and other source data may be governed by separate agreements. RealStatView may restrict analytics, export, or downstream-use functionality when required by source rights, account authorization, or operational safeguards.
6. Intellectual Property
Growth Accelerator LLC owns RealStatView and its software, design, and original content. Customers retain rights to their data, subject to the licenses and permissions needed for RealStatView to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers And Liability
RealStatView is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Growth Accelerator LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
