Growth Accelerator LLC operates RealStatView at realstatview.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when customers use RealStatView for MLS-backed analytics data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information, user profile information, organization membership information, product usage data, MLS metadata, imported analytics records, saved-search criteria, watchlists, export activity, and AI analyst audit records.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide RealStatView, secure accounts, process analytics queries, maintain source provenance, generate exports requested by authorized users, operate support and administrative workflows, and improve product reliability.
4. Third-Party Services
RealStatView uses service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, queues, DNS, and analytics AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell customer analytics data.
5. MLS And Customer Data
MLS and customer data may be subject to separate license, authorization, retention, and downstream-use rules. RealStatView stores provenance and account authorization metadata so analytics, exports, and future sync boundaries can respect those rules.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, audit, and analytics data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion subject to applicable MLS and legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, secret-management practices, audit logging, and operational monitoring designed to protect RealStatView data.
